Often we pass by Spieden Island where we can see European Fallow Deer, Sitka Deer from Japan and Moufalon sheep from the Island of Corsica. These animals were introduced to the Island years ago for hunting. Now, we are happy to say, it is a wildlife preserve.

On the day of your excursion, we will pick you up at the small boat dock next to the Orcas Island Ferry Landing . You are welcome to bring your lunch and eat on board.

Our Whale Spotting Service gives us coordinates to the area where the whales are feeding and information about pod direction of travel.

As we travel from Orcas Island you pass by many of the beautiful 172 San Juan Islands. We will see haul out areas for the harbor seals and the Eagle's Nests, each which have their own story.
